I’ve been rejected a lot over the past couple years in many different settings. Most of you know rejection is a normal part of effort, and failure is what ultimately leads to growth. Practice, consistency, and devotion are parts of the spiral path I walk, always returning, that allows these losses, missteps, griefs or perceived failures to become redirection.
At least that’s how I’m currently feeling, but honestly as someone with a history of trauma some of those past rejections have really frozen me in many ways. One of those ways is a fear of being seen! Of showing up in this way at least. But here’s the thing: I want to show up for you all, and for those of you I am blessed to work with, teach, and know- thank you for being a curious collaborator and student. Those relationships where we get to make contact with each other are nourishing and I want to water them.
So I’m back! I never really meant to leave but somehow a weekly newsletter felt daunting with *gestures* EVERYTHING going on. So, below I’ll share where you can take class with me online (for FREE/donation) and in person and give you updates when something is new or I have something to share. At the end of this newsletter is a free 45 recorded practice from a Wednesday AM virtual by donation class to get a feel for live drop ins. Paid subscribers will receive more of these.
MONDAYS

There will be some weekends I won’t be teaching due to trainings and will have some new schedule changes and transitions as spring arrives.
I teach private lessons 1:1 yoga and pilates to help you get more depth and insight from your body with great hands on assists via my trainings with Katonah yoga. I can travel to your home with the reformer for pilates if you wish. Send me an email for inquires! I am available for group lessons- great for family get togethers, wedding parties, birthdays, as a way to connect more deeply with each other and feel great and intentional around a gathering.
